Trina lives with her husband and two young children. She enjoys yoga, jogging, spending time with her family, and a variety of outdoor activities.
Trina is a 2005 graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, with a BS in Psychology and Business Administration. She continued on at Clarkson University where she received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2007 and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. She has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2007 and has been practicing in outpatient settings focusing on orthopedic, sports, post-operative and neurological rehabilitation.
Trina has participated in a variety of continuing education programs, including courses on spinal manipulation, kinesiology taping, joint manipulation, aquatic rehabilitation and postural education. She has also participated in research focusing on treatment of pain associated with Fibromyalgia. She has also completed coursework on Functional Dry Needling and utilizes Dry Needling in the clinical setting.
She has extensive experience working with a multitude of orthopedic conditions. As a former collegiate lacrosse player, she enjoys working with athletes of all varieties.
